  • The client connects users to the best deals available for massages in the users geographic location and at the times most convenient for the end user.
  • The client required a marketplace or showcase for the Therapist or Salons to display their discount offers at specified times. Visitors coming to the site will be able to make the reservations and bookings online. Therapist or Salons will be able to upload their profiles and maintain the schedule and offers online. The site administrator will have access to control view and monitor activity. Visitors should have the facility for rating the salon (therapist).
  • The client also wished to provide offline appointment management and customer database for Therapist or Salons, where the salon owners can add in their previous appointments as well or add the appointments which were scheduled on phone calls or by personal visit along with the customer details. This way Therapist or Salons can keep track of their entire appointments taken up in their salon.
  • Build from the ground up a database website with flexible, modular architecture that is SEO friendly.
  • The portal is designed for 4 specific users the salon owners, salon therapists (staff), site administrator and site visitor each with their own set of unique requirements.
  • Integration with payment gateway, CMS, Twitter and Facebook, Community Poll, Blogs.
  • Web usability guidelines were strictly followed during development and the interface was made easily navigable through judicious use of CSS and HTML controls. The entire framework was kept highly scalable in order to provide adaptability & ease while incorporating new features.
  • The site admin is able to manage account, view reports, create blogs and news update for the site, create membership packages and much more.
  • Salon owners and massage therapists are able to create online accounts and to setup the schedule of their availability to book clients, view commission reports and much more.
  • Salon owners are able to enter in back dated appointments or future appointments to keep track of their offline appointments. They also have facility where they can add offline customers details for records.
  • Users can search, view profiles, book and pay for appointment online as well as purchase gift certificates and much more.
  • Visitors can browse through thousands of Therapist profiles which are listed on the portal and view their details.
  • Facility in the back-end was provided to import Therapists which are listed on Google as they may not be registered with the site but their simple short profile was listed on website using this facility.
